An "Inquiries Analyst" ??? What is that? Something new? Never heard of one those before.

I've been getting EELB, PIA and PIAS, for several years, and can assure you that PIA does not reduce your ELB. I'm wondering how many of these phone calls are actually being answered by Service Canada staff, because these seem like pretty basic inquiries, that they seem to be completely clueless about.

So if anyone has to call VAC, it might be reasonable to ask the person on the other end if they are employed by VAC, or Service Canada, before asking any questions about benefits.

For the most part, the call center seems very limited in their knowledge. They seem to refer to CMs and that's no help either.

If you are on EELB, you don't have an assigned CM anymore. Your file is closed in a matter of speaking unless something arises with the client.
