It is good to see that the appeals should be done in 2-3 weeks. But haven't you all seen that promise before?

Has anyone informed the Military Ombudsman, CDS the MND? This is their court case and should be kept in the loop of information.

If there is a clause about timeline of appeals and the Bruneau group has broken that they might be on the hook for penalties such as interest for the appealed cases.

Just a suggestion.......

Received email this morning from DW. He advises that the decisions should all be released in the next 2-3 weeks.

I agree with you Trooper, it is cruel. According to DW he is at a standstill as he hasn't received any appeal decisions for some time and he has contacted Laura Bruneau on our behalf numerous time to no avail. I guess all we can do is wait and hope the wait was worth it.

Well I'm not waiting for an appeal but someone should contact someone to let them know we are now in the Month of November of the year 2015.

This is just plain cruel !

Good point Trooper, I imagine The Bruneau Group is getting remunerated based on time spent  similar to how a lawyer charges for services. The longer it takes, the more hours are accumulated. Just my guess, since they are lawyers at Bruneau Group who are making the adjudication appeal decisions, they are charging hourly rates.
