If the report that is being done for Minister Hehr states that Medical Marijuana (MM) should be limited that same report better show other big pharma drugs that VAC has limits on. If there is no examples then the ruling Liberal governent is/will act like a ruling Conservative government by ignoring Medical Professionals who prescribe MM for physically/mentally injured veterans.

Another very important point that better be in that report is the total cost of prescription drugs in 2013-2014.

Sorta suspicious that the AG gave out the figures for total prescription drugs for 2014-2015 only.

I would like to know if MM decreased the overall prescription drug cost in the 2 year period.

If the right facts are not shown then numbers are manipulated to put a huge question over what is helping vets. Worse yet how Jane/Joe Canadian see their veterans. We all know how hard it is to get back what they will take away so I just want to see all the facts and numbers. Wouldn't mind a comparisson with provincial frontline workers MM costs to the provinces.

Teen, I believe VAC are the only people who cover the cost of MM Provinces and Insurance companys require a DIN number and MM does not have one to date so no coverage. The only other avenue is claiming on federal tax forms.
