For my area we got $3050/year for housekeeping and grounds. They claimed we were just at medium sized house, medium sized lawn, and medium sized driveway.

They asked me how big my hose was and I had to tell them I cut off the end because the head got stuck in a rusty slot.

Ah I thought it was just a flat rate for lawn are based on size and the same with housekeeping. They are not going to like me. Moving from a three bedroom to a five.

My VIP is $1800. But it depends on yours needs, location, and the going rate of your locale.

you could ask your CM as I was doing and getting no where and I was getting less than you . not sure what the average would be as it goes by hose size yard size and so forth . now you may have a good CM as I did not at the time so you could ask them . if these blue cross people call they will ask you if your needs are being met and from what ive been seeing they do sort you out accordingly .

My total VIP for the year is $2200. Is this about average? This is what I was given 5 years ago and my housekeeping and property maintenance costs have gone up a lot. I did not know we could ask for an increase.

yes they will fist time they called a couple of years back I think I told them my issues when asked and they never said what they would do but very soon after it was all sorted out . when they called a couple of weeks ago I did nothing but thank them and praise them for being the easiest goop in the entire DVA system to deal with BY FAR .
