sapper I here ya I absolutely believe priority should be given to those in their final year this first come crap is BS. but since this is not really for vets but a payday for the chair of the AUCC who incidentally was the GOC's lead negotiator that will probably never happen. I mean why should they payout almost 50% of the fund by giving priority to those on their last year when they could payout almost 25% if they don't. don't feel bad though they don't hate you because you are a disabled vet they just love money.

always question authority

The way I see it is simple ( it is, what it is ) if I don't make it in the first round, 585 others will, so I will be happy for them. For me this is something that was put forward as kinda of a bonus sort of speak, the way I see it is although the chances are not all that great that I will make the first round, at least I have a chance, and that's good enough for me. Others may not agree with me, and that's fine, this is just the way I feel.

I see that point trooper as I will never be able to use it and im sure for the few that have some time to claim it its not that bad. for me the thing that pees me off is that some who only have this year to claim it may not be allowed and good old mr toope (not sure of the spelling) will get to pad HIS fund because of this.

Information regarding Veterans Bursary,
There are only 535 bursaries available and as previously informed “First Come First Serve"
First thing to do at 1300 hr/s Eastern Feb 5th 2014 is to log onto your account,
A new option called “Select Applicant” will be available.
Whom ever you chose you must fill in the applicable information
1.Name of Applicant
2.Relation to Applicant
3.Email of Applicant

-(applicant has 30 days to activate account and remember first come first served)
Hope this Helps troops any questions call 1-855-260-8005 press 2 to speak to an agent.

here is a tip from me, create your applicants email(if it is not you) so that email generated by AUCC goes to that email address then you can process your applicants information, I say this because my daughter is in class that day and by the time she receives that email it will be after 4 pm and she will be unable to generate that first come first serve race. Have on hand all post secondary information required i.e.
- Name and address of Collage or University
- University or Collage Student Number
IF YOU CAN THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE PLEASE POST

good idea there RR. Only problem is now you have created another tsunami for the server. LOL

You get an A+ for planning but an F for execution of said plan.

So what your saying, is if your not in school, and have not already spent the money, you need not apply.
