How do you figure a " 95% PA pension w/spouse " is a mathematical median ???
50% comes to my mind, and I'm not taking you out of context either.  scratch

One other thing the client does not qualify for the PIAS because the ELB and PIA puts the members annual income over $41K.

The PIAS was intended for vets, like 3 year Pvt's, whose annual income was below $41K

ohh buds don't know not to get to much into my own financial sit but I'm getting the sup . not sure the 41k TAXABLE matters at least anymore .
