Ways to Know if Your Decision Letter is a fake from VAC

Post by metaller on Tue 14 Mar 2017, 02:33

1. Your decision letter arrives in a double envelope. Inside envelope is addressed from Disability, outside envelope is addressed only from a box number. 2 electronic systems are being used to generate decisions. A real adjudication occurs in the CSDN electronic system awarding the applicant a higher amount of disability and this decision is electronically signed. The old CDN software is then used to generate a fake decision letter which is hand signed awarding the applicant only half of the real amount. Signature has been altered by F.G. Skinner. I have her real signature from 2004, and 2007 disability decision letters and they don't match the 2015 signature. After 2012 all disability decisions are done in CSDN system and electronically signed.
2. You phone your disability officer and tell her that you have misplaced your SIGNED decision letter and would like her to send or fax you an original copy. My disability officer faxed me an unsigned copy. No signature on the cover letter. No caat number on the documents. No fax number on top of documents. Application documents faxed from the same disability officer a week earlier had a signature on the cover letter, caat numbers on documents, and the fax number from VAC was on the top of documents. All documents signed on behalf of the minister of VAC must have a copy of the original signature on file.
3. Order your decision letter from data bank 603 at ATIP VAC. You will receive a decision letter with a number 8 font with "Released under the privacy act" in the top right corner. Look at your other documents and you will find that the security feature for documents from ATIP are a number 2 font which can't be reproduced by a common computer. The fake document is from an illegal hard copy file from PEI Head Office- next door to ATIP. If this was a real document it would have been scanned into the electronic system and wouldn't be in hard copy form. A number 8 font "Released under the privacy act" is printed onto blank paper and then placed back in the paper feed, the illegal fake decision letter and other documents are then placed onto the scanner glass and photo copied onto the blank paper with the number 8 font "Released under the privacy act".
4.Order your ATIP CSDN Notebook Access for Client documents from ATIP. This shows all persons that accessed the CSDN system with their passcodes and completed your real adjudication. Including all disability adjudicators, supervisors, payout officers, ect including dates, times, ect.  This shows that it must be electronically signed after being accepted in the system and you can look at your fake decision letter in the bottom right corner and its says CDN which is from the old software. Your real decision letter would say CSDN in the bottom right  as that would be the software it was made from.
5.Take your decision letter to a lawyer and tell him you suspect that your decision letter is a fake and you know a real decision letter has awarded you a larger amount. The lawyer will not take the case on and when you phone another lawyer, you will find when you make your appointment that you will not get a free consultation and they will tell you that you have to pay prior to the consultation, that is because they have been contacted by the law society, who was contacted by the justice department not to help you and the law office already knows in advance they aren't taking on your case and want to be paid for their time instead of a free consultation.
6.Order your documents from ATIP and they will phone you to confirm what you want. Tell them you don't want them to send you any fake documents from the illegal hard copy files with the number 8 font "Released under the privacy act", tell them you want the real decision letter with the number 2 font "Released under the privacy act. You will then be sent the fake decision letter that has been scanned into the electronic system, but the decision letter is not signed because if it was you would have a real decision letter in the sytem with a higher payout and electronically signed and then a hand signed decision letter with a lower payout which would show the fraud.
7. Go to the OVO website and make a complaint using the electronic complaint process and you will see right away that you can't enter the CSDN file number in the document to be investigated as the CSDN file is where the real adjudication and decision letter are made. You can only enter the smaller VAC file number for the fake decision letter to be investigated. You will also find that you can't upload any supporting documents with your complaint meaning you can't upload the fake decision letter for investigation, you also can't email it to them because their email link is intentionally broken. If you use the electronic complaint document to give OVO permission to investigate your CSDN files and state you wish them to phone you with the results of the difference between the payout for the CSDN files and the lower payout on the fake documents, you will tell them you are audio recording the call when they phone and they will hang up. They don't want to be in a position of liability for civil court when you audio record them lying to you. Your complaint will forever be in the real electronic data bank 210 at ATIP. As you make a complaint on the electronic complaint form it goes in the real electronic files and they use their old system to send you a fake decision letter as well as VAC and ATIP do. You will know this easily as they also come in a double envelope and the decision letter is signed on the final page and is not part of any page of the document. Look at your application document for disability and see that it is page cited as page 1 of 8, 2 of 8, 3 of 8, ect. This means your signature on the final page is good for all 8 pages. Now, look at your decision letter and see that it is not done like this, it is simply paged 1, 2, 3, ect. Meaning the adjudicators signature is not good for any pages except the one it is signed on. And the signature has been altered so they can say its not my signature, nor my legal statement of adjudication.
8. Try and access your service canada account and you will find that you are permanently locked out. This is because it contains information on your real payout and this won't match the fake amount you have been paid. If you have been declined for disability benefits with the fake decision letter described above, chances are you were awarded something in the real decision and your service canada account would show this as it is tied in with the real VAC CSDN system. Try accessing your account at one of their offices and if your locked out it will tell you that the system is down try again later, mine has been like this for 2 years and they won't help me access the account. Take a friend and have them sit beside you and access their account and you will see that they can access no problem, so the system is not down, your locked out from discovering the truth.

Please try any one or more of these ways and you will self-prove that your decision letter is fake and that 2 electronic systems are being used. The new CSDN electronic system installed in 2012 for a real electronic decision letter awarding you a higher amount of disability and the old CDN system that was to be destroyed and is being used to generate fake decision letters for a smaller disability award for you. You will never see the real decision letter from ATIP as the fakes are being photocopied from illegal hard copy files and scanned on to cd's as if they were from the ATIP system. Look for your number 8 font "Released under the privacy act, and then look at some of your other doc's that have a number 2 font that are really from the CSDN  ATIP system. as soon as you tell a lawyer that your decision letter is fake, he will report to the fed government to be put on the good list for work from the gov. If he helps you, blacklisted and never any work from the gov.
This is where the 1.2 billion that was sent back from VAC to the treasury in the fall of 2015 came from. Applicants are being paid half their claims and the other half is being sent back to the treasury to balance the books for the feds. I wrote all 336 MP's and sent doc's showing the fraud and no return mail from any of them. You would think they would want to investigate this immediately. They throw the money at the veterans and current soldiers knowing they will only get half and they can re-use the other half after it makes its way to the treasury. Good way to get voted in though isn't it. Campaign promises and then steal it back. The PC's were in power in 2015 and when I sent the letters with proof the Libs were in . Even the NDP's critic never contacted me.
Please tell people to read this and let them see what is going on, so my 2 years of investigations aren't for nothing. This will help people if they know where to read this. Spread this around, I have plenty to teach.

How to tell your VAC decision letter is a fake

Post by metaller on Fri 17 Mar 2017, 22:33

I couldn't agree more, you should have seen what I said when I discovered all this and more. VA sending veterans for updated testing of their diseases and disabilities to provincial doctors who don't give the veteran a Requisition for the testing, nor is the requisition in the veterans medical files at the clinic. When you call the testing facility after the testing to get the actual test results before they are transcribed, the facility will ask you when you were here for testing, and they will tell you that you were never hear on that day as the testing is being kept off file. The veterans are also put in the lung chamber for lung disease and given 8 shots of the puffer instead of 2 so that this opens their lungs up and the transcribed test results show the veteran has nothing wrong with their lungs. This test isn't entered into the electronic system and electronically signed, but, is printed and signed by hand with an altered signature and sent by the doctor to VAc. Good thing I didn't let them send mine as I found you can go back 2 years in your medical files and send that to VAC and it just so happened that I spent the last 1.5 years in the hospital.
I was to go and have an echocardiogram and when the specialist seen me he didn't give me one ,instead put his stethoscope on my chest and filled the forms in there was nothing wrong with my heart. I have Atrial Fibrillation, Coronary Artery, Congestive Heart Failure, and Abdominal Aortic aneurysm. When I found that I could use the last 2 years of testing from the hospital, I sent these doc's in and was awarded my claim. I guess that it is cheaper to pay some corrupt doctors bonus money than to pay me my claim.
As you can see, all testing is kept off file. When I phoned the disability officer who sent me for the testing,I audio recorded the call and asked her if she wanted to be part of an RCMP investigation into fraud. Her answer was NO, NO, NO, and I then asked her how far back in my medical records I could go to send in and she said 2 and then stopped herself. I said yeh, 2 years as found in the CFMVRCAct. Also in your application package, don't give access to VAC to have access to your medical files, as you don't have to. All you have to do is summit what medical documents that you want to. If you give them access they will look for info that shows your medical condition was caused by civy life, not service related. Then your done like dinner.
