ELB INDEXING QUESTION

Good day all,

I need your help understand the indexing of my ELB.

MY SITATION; I have a pension fron the forces, it reduce my ELB as this amount is from a prescribed sources as per ELB policy so : 90% of my monthly salary minus my pension ; equal my ELB.

MY QUESTION; When it comes time of indexing my benefits annually what is the way they do it

Indexing on my 90% or indexing on the amount minus my pension?
