PA compensation for spouse and children with indexing.

Lump sum none of the above, legion knew this and still a big fat "okay". Not equality for the veteran's, spouse's, or the children. Fail, Fail, and fail. In accordance to the legal document and in my opinion they are in violation to all under the NVC by endorsing an unequal and lopsided financial benefits between PA and NVC veterans and family members...

The legion brass are the problem in my opinion.

1st 3rd party breach of contract back in 2006.

2nd their legal document to become limited as the royal Canadian legion and separate from the UK.
The document to fight for equality for every veteran, surviving spouse and child has been ignored and neglected in accordance with the legal document.
Those at the top are in violation of legion rules and should be removed from power for not upholding a legal oath to represent veteran's in a fair equal and unbiased manner.

I'm tired of getting my nose bloodied having no right's and being mentally tortured... As a losing 43% PA veteran I never have been treated fairly and i can't it see it happening they will just keep taking. I'll wait till Tuesday then the gloves come off.

Are we in agreement 43%ers ??? This is contractual PA veterans not receiving full PA benefits!!!

It's all about money Danny!
Equitas for those who signed under the NVC has to play itself out.
Those of us who signed under the PA and are not receiving the same benefits as other PA veterans well that's a breach of contract.
The legion interfering in our contract is a third-party breach without written consent to do so, they violated our individual right's which makes them liable.
Just because we served in the military doesn't mean they own us or can make deal's on our behalf or interfer with our individual contracts with the government.
Im not a legion member and never gave them written consent to advocate and make deal's on my behalf. We Will decide as a group after this option announcement weather to seek legal counsel.

That is a good point.
Someone ask, or speak with that legal team by chance?
(Although none of us want any association to people who associate with known "whatever flavor of the day BS, name for people who willingly do harm to others).
Surely someone has,
If so, what's the verdict.
