Is ther a Reservist 3B Medically Released in receipt of an Immediate annuity (Pension) who has not served 55 consecutive months?

I'm being released after serving 19.5 years of mostly part time class A Service. I have bought back over 16,000.00 dollars worth of Reserve Force Pension in the form of my election. Im to be medically 3b Released but I havn't served the required 55 out of 60 months to receive an immediate annuity (Pension) upon my release. Instead I'm told that I will have to wait till I'm either 50 or age 60.
I'm also informed through Grievance, that this is a GIC(Gov't in Council) issue and have to talk to my Member of Parlment. Does anybody know how to fight a Pension Act Participant Part 1.1 while still serving. Should I not be able to draw an immediate pension if I have sufferd a Service Related injury that ends up 3B Medically Releasing me as I now Breach Universality?
