Why say it, Great foot, something must have happened, is it my e manulife lost 250 million last quarter or is the GOC screwing around again so close to Remembrance Day, this is fracked , really. I think this should be forwarded to the media as another example of the GOC screwing around veterans

Easy on the triger men! Alturnative dates are a commen this in that buiseniss, Some times one party is not sure to make a certain dead line or some peoples may simplie not be availlable because of other pending maters. Will wait for sitrep from legel teem, prity sure it's in the making.
On the other hand a extra delai would be a pisser. I feel like i'm on a roler coster, hoping somebody would stop the dam thing

ya good old murphy has had me pissed off in the past to. But I do not think anybody is trying to slow down proceedures, the GOC is a very big machine and is often very confussion even for the peaple trying to get things gowing. Were better off making sure all strings are attached correctly before going forward, there is BOOOCOOOO involved here with many people. Let's not give Murghy any open doors.

The lawyers have already said that regardless of when the deal gets signed, there is no way to ensure the money gets paid immediately, so we might not have been paid before April anyways.

Yes i am for sure convinced that no moneys will be payed to us before the new fiscal year in April. This is terrible because it was kind of implyed first , maybe christmas, then Jan, Feb but what bugs me the most is why did they say everything was very positive, this does not sound positive to me, and the updates have all of a sudden just finished, havent seen one of them in awhile leeding us to believe the settlement is done. What about this stupid , stupid gag order, it is a punishment to the class to prolong this, if they have o prolong it, and the settlement is done, release the settlement details and at lest we would know what we have to deal with. I hope the legal firm is still watching this site because alot of CLASS MEMBERS ARE PISSED

There is a reason for this, just tell us, The question i got to ask is Peter knows we read the court filings , he must be aware of how this will effect us, Why no answer, And Teen where are you, you can hear a penny drop for miles on this website today, why the code of silence

Teen, Do you know if this is a common or usual occurance when dealing with class actions? It's just everything was very positive last week and this comes out of the blue?
